IST Discover-E Support Analyst

IST Discover-E’s On-Site ediscovery Support Analyst will be available everyday, at your firm, at your convenience. The analyst will bring expert knowledge to your firm on performing a variety of ediscovery support functions as well as training your staff members on how to work best within the Relativity ediscovery environment.

Specifically, our On-Site ediscovery Support Analysts are well versed in support functions including but not limited to:

  • Conversion and manipulating images
  • Database design
  • eDiscovery workflow
  • Lifecycle management
  • Database management

 

IST On-Site Support Analysts are tasked to adjust to your work environment and office culture so no unnecessary obstacles are presented.  Especially, when working under tight deadlines.

We provide Relativity Database Administrators, trained in kCura, for both hosting and processing. Some of the key benefits include:

  • Installing, patching and upgrading the database server and application tools for Relativity
  • Allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for the database system
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the database
  • Ensuring compliance with database vendor license agreements
  • Maintaining archived data

 

Our team of IT Network Administrators are tasked with insuring system up times of 99%. They actively monitor the network servers and performance around the clock. Some key benefits include:

  • Installation of all servers and software
  • Installation of all Relativity software
  • Network traffic monitoring and reporting
  • 24/7 server and performance monitoring
  • Installation of software patches and upgrades
